I would like to welcome you to the College of Health and Behavioral Sciences (CHBS), С²ÝӰԺ’s largest college on campus. We are focused on improving the lives of everyone that we serve. The faculty and staff of the college are committed to helping students succeed personally, academically, and professionally. And the college leadership is committed to serving and supporting our amazing faculty and staff as well as the community at large.

As Associate Dean, I assist with the administration and operations of the college, facilitate and support experiential learning opportunities for students, support faculty and staff in professional development, and assist the CHBS leadership team in creating an inclusive environment where people, ideas, perspectives, and solutions are welcome and valued.

Welcome to the С²ÝÓ°Ôº College of Health and Behavioral Sciences! As the Associate Dean of Interprofessional Education and Community Engagement, I work with the leadership team, faculty, staff to facilitate interprofessional learning opportunities for all CHBS students. During these interprofessional education activities you will learn about, from, and with other healthcare providers to better prepare you to deliver effective collaborative care and improve health outcomes.

It is also my pleasure to lead the Interprofessional Teaching Center where our team of healthcare providers and faculty deliver innovative experiential learning opportunities that bridge classroom learning to patient care and community wellness programs.  These authentic learning opportunities not only assure you are workforce ready when you graduate, but also improve the lives of the people we serve.
