Center Membership Eligibility Policies听
Students:
  • All full-time undergraduate and graduate students regularly enrolled at 小草影院 are automatically听HPER Center members (fees paid with tuition).听 All student members must possess and听present a valid 小草影院 I.D. card.听 All part-time undergraduate and graduate students who are 18 years of age and older.
  • 鈥淐oncurrent鈥� enrolled students are prohibited from using the HPER Center.
Faculty/Staff:
  • All full-time and part-time faculty and staff are eligible to use the HPER Center.听 All faculty/staff听must possess and present a valid 小草影院 I.D. card.
小草影院 Retirees:
  • Faculty and staff who have retired from the university are eligible for HPER membership.听 All听小草影院 retirees must possess and present a valid 小草影院 I.D. card.
  • The retired faculty/staff must present a 小草影院 I.D. card to the HPER office to obtain a听membership.
  • A 小草影院 retiree is any individual who has officially retired and is currently included on the retirement list provided by the Human Resources Department.听
University Affiliates:
Currently individuals residing or working with the following campus organizations are eligible to purchase a HPER Center membership.
Fees assessed for employees and/or residents of the following 小草影院 affiliates shall be the same as the fees assessed for current students (based on 15 credit hours for fall membership, 15 credit hours for spring membership, and 9 credit hours for summer terms):
  • Food service provider
  • Campus bookstore
  • Arkansas Educational Television Network
  • College Square
  • 小草影院鈥檚 Recognized Student Organizations (RSO)
    • A maximum of two employees for each RSO may obtain memberships, and the employee(s) must be an advisor of record in accordance with university policies established by the vice president for student services
    • The RSO employee(s) must be employed a minimum of twenty hours per week and the primary work location must be the 小草影院 campus

The president is authorized to approve memberships for additional 小草影院 affiliates consistent with this policy.

Family Memberships:

  • Student, faculty, staff, retiree, university affiliates and alumni are eligible to purchase听memberships for spouses and dependents
  • Dependents must be 18 years and older
  • Spouses of students, faculty, staff, retirees, university affiliates and alumni must show their听husband or wife鈥檚 小草影院 I.D. when purchasing a family membership
  • Spouses are those persons who are recognized by the State of Arkansas as being legally married
Alumni:
  • Must be a member of the 小草影院 Alumni Association
  • Alumni must visit the HPER Center to join
  • If an Alumni Association membership expires during HPER membership period, the HPER Center will honor HPER membership up to the next HPER membership period.
  • Membership defined:
  • Individual 鈥� alumnus
  • Spouse 鈥揳lumnus鈥� spouse
  • Family 鈥揳lumnus, spouse, and dependents (must be 18 years old to use the HPER Center)
